11) Why do I sometimes lose the internet feed?
The most frequent cause of internet feed loss is a disconnection
between MWS Radio studios and our audio hosting service. As soon
as our hosting service is notified, service is usually back up and
running within a minute or two.
12) Where can I locate TV schedules for MWS
TV?
MWS TV/Video Presentations are located here.
13) Why do I get an error now when I try to
listen to a live Radio/TV Broadcast?
MWS.com recently improved the quality of its Live Radio/TV by upgrading
to a new version. In order to listen you will need the latest version
of Real One Player. You can download
The Real One Player for free by clicking on this link:
Real One Player For Free
14) Why when I click on a live Radio/TV link
do I get an "Unknown File Type Dialog?"
Make sure you have The Real One Player
installed.
15) Why am I receiving an old broadcast?
Your browser has probably cached the Live Radio/TV Page. Before
clicking on the link to the broadcast go to the options menu, select
network preferences, click the "clear memory cache now" and "clear
disk cache now" buttons. Then click OK. You now need to reload the
page and then click on the link to the broadcast. Also, there is
sometimes a delay in the archiving of a show.
The signal sounds good for a couple of minutes but then starts
to break up. What should I do?
Like a telephone line, it's possible to get a bad connection or
a connection that deteriorates in quality. If you experience this,
just stop and restart your Real One Player until you receive a better
connection.
When I click on a live Radio/TV link the Real One Player comes
up but I don't hear anything.
There could be a couple of reasons for this: The broadcast you are
listening to could be in the middle of a commercial break. At times
during LIVE remote broadcast when there is a break in the action,
rather than run commercials, the network runs dead air.
When I click on a live Radio/TV link I get "file not found/located"
dialog.
Usually this means the network is off the air. Check
the broadcast schedule to see if any thing is currently airing
LIVE or if there are any special broadcast scheduled.
