ATLANTA (Feb. 2, 2002) -- Well the big game was played by the two shortest .... naaa the two youngest players ... naaa the two highly offensive giants within the league today!!!!

BFL 2002 Champ!
New Orleans Tournament

Corey "Young Gun" Arnold is one the youngest, but best ballers in the BFL.

This is the day for the young gun as he put on a display of mad stick control. He has by far the highest offensive average ever in a BFL Championship run. Another scary thought is the National field has never seen the skills displayed by the young gun as he has never played at the Nationals. The deep ball destroyed the Bengals. The Bengals secondary were simply no match for those tall receivers and one whom runs a 99 speed by the name of MOSS !!!!

The Young Gun played solid defense as well. He is truly the Champion without a doubt, and his gameplan was simple and superb. I think Culpepper has shown why he is the cover boy on this years Madden. Dante was trucking players as he scrambled while releasing bombs to Moss,Carter, and Reed. Reed averaged over 49 yards per catch while Moss averaged over 46 yards per catch.

Stick control supreme as the young gun brought out his very first Playstation pad. It was a third party controller at that!!!! No analog control just the infamous d-pad. Well I'm sure some of you are asking well you haven't said anything about the game ... well that is because THE GAME WAS OVER A LONG TIME AGO (yes literally and figuratively).

There was no piggy-backing for Pats defenders Otis Smith and Ty Law during the game, only after it.
Corey walloped BFL legend Winky White 49-14 in the NFC title game in route to his first BFL crown.

Dru dropped his head in disbelief, and the infamous phrase of what goes around comes around as all the guys surrounded the two players. Cory continued to entertain and wow the crowd with his stick control. I told one player that his shoe was on the field ... not only that... HIS ANKLE WAS STILL IN IT! Broken ankles and torn achilles tendon were coming in droves as Cory put on a show. The Bengals Akili Smith was an "Achilles heel" as he threw interception after interception and the safeties for the Vikings were having a great day!

Well it is over now ... VIKINGS WIN!!! VIKINGS 70 over BENGALS 23

Congratulations to both of these players as this day has been a huge success. The BFL and their family members had a glorious time. The wives and kids had another chance to witness their men go to work on their passions. The passion to compete is met in grand fashion in the world of the BFL. Thanks to all of you for watching the updates, and keeping up with the best league in all the world ... SIMPLY THE BEST ... YES WE ARE THE BFL. Continue to check our site as we will bring you all pics and update our site as we celebrate this great season!!!!
