The Creator wins the first ever National Madden Championship.

Gresham Is The King

Two time PFL defending champion Waymon "The Creator Gresham added another title to his mantle nabbing the inaugural Madden Games sponsored by The PFL and hosted by Atlanta's BFL. Gresham fought back from a 28-7 defecit to defeat BFL champion Winky White 49-42.

 Winky White's only loss in the tournament was in the title game
Gresham has been the only champion to lose a round robin game
The Creator played with the Broncos, Winky White played with the Colts
Terrell Davis had 18 catches for 328 yards in the title game vs. White
The Creator had to defeat four consecutive BFL opponents to win the title.
